We have a variety of fitness classes available to join. If you prefer high intensity, we have spin classes, boxercise, circuit training, and cardio training, or if you prefer something less intense we have yoga and body training. No matter your experience or ability, we have something for everyone to enjoy and excellent facilities available.

Our gym is equipped with its very own spin studio! Enjoy a great workout with an amazing group of people, and enjoy sweating to some of the latest tunes!

BOOTCAMP

Join our boot camp sessions for a high intensity work out - ideal to get faster results for weight loss and body toning. We have a great outdoor space which is ideal for using larger equipment.

BOXERCISE

Ideal to gain strength, power, and confidence, we offer fun boxercise classes for men and women across Ballynahinch. Trim up and improve core strength with this amazing workout!

CIRCUIT TRAINING

This fun outdoor class is great for groups, repeating a circuit of small exercises including hurdles, tyre runs, push-ups, squats, and so much more.

Our kettle bell class is intensive fun, ideal for those wanting to lose weight and tone up! With a variety of weights available, you can tailor your workout to what you're capable of.
